Meet Santa Online website is designed to ensure your purchasing experience is easy and efficient, so we can get you on your way as quickly as possible.

The following Purchase Policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process of your Santa Visit. The following are the “Terms and Conditions” that govern the purchase of tickets and your visit to Santa.

By using this website, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Purchase Policy

You will receive a confirmation email when you pay for your booking online by credit or debit card. Please print and keep this receipt email safely as THIS IS YOUR TICKET.

Bring your printed Ticket and/or reference number with you on the day of your visit. Admittance will not be permitted without it. Regrettably, tickets cannot be posted out.

When you arrive at Santa’s Grotto and present your printed Ticket here.

Please remember that all purchases are subject to credit card authorization and billing address verification, which may occur after initial confirmation.

If your chosen visit time is cancelled or rescheduled by the Management of Santa Grotto due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to contact you either by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provide at the time of booking. You will be offered an alternative date and time or a refund.

Young Passengers

For safety reasons, children must be supervised and under the control of responsible adults at all times.

Santa Visit

To maintain the magical experience and family-friendly environment for all to enjoy, management reserves the right to request patrons leave the premises if their behaviour or language is deemed unsuitable or inappropriate. In the interest of health and safety and enjoyment for all others concerned, should a child attending our Santa Grotto refuse to obey the instructions of the supervising elves, the supervisor may request that their parents to exit Santa’s Grotto.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of Santa’s Grotto.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the date and time and number of persons on the Tickets.

*The Management of Santa’s Grotto reserve the right to refuse admission.

Cancellations

WE REGRET THAT TICKETS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, REFUNDED OR CANCELLED AFTER YOU PURCHASE THEM.

However, we will try over very best to reschedule your booking for an alternative date/time, please email [email protected] at least 2 days in advance of the booking date or contact Louise on 086 728 2929, NOTE: Booking rescheduling is not available on 21st – 24th December 2022.

Tickets are sold subject to the Management’s right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Transfer of your booking to another member, family or friend can be made without penalty. Please contact [email protected] or call Louise on 086 728 2929 to arrange ahead of your booking.

For all other Amendments, e.g. change of date and for Cancellations, please email [email protected] or call Louise on 086 728 292.

PLEASE NOTE, we cannot guarantee any of the above changes to your Santa Visit if they are made within 48 hours before arrival.

Photography and Recording

The unauthorized use of photographic equipment to record children other than those under your own guardianship is strictly prohibited. Video cameras or any type of recording equipment is prohibited on the visit with the exception of your child’s individual visit to Santa’s grotto.

Santa’s Grotto accepts no responsibility for any personal property.
