Welcome to the Santa Grotto Experience online booking platform!

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

– “Santa Grotto Experience” refers to the online booking platform operated by [The Blink Group], offering the booking of Santa Grotto visits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Booking Process

– When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including the number of participants and preferred time slots.

You will receive a confirmation email when you complete your purchase online.

Please print or and keep this confirmation email safely as THIS IS YOUR TICKET.

Bring your printed Ticket and/or confirmation email with you on the day of your visit. Admittance will not be permitted without it.

When you arrive at Santa’s Grotto, please present your printed Ticket to one of Santa’s elves for admittance to the Grotto.

If your chosen visit time is cancelled or rescheduled by the Management of The Santa Grotto due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by phone, e-mail or letter with the contact details you provide at the time of booking. You will be offered an alternative date and time or a refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

– All pricing is listed in Euro (€) and includes any applicable taxes.

– Payments must be made using accepted payment methods on the platform.

– Santa Grotto Experience reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at its discretion.

5. Young Passengers

For safety reasons, children must be always supervised and under the control of responsible adults.

Children will not be admitted to the Grotto without a responsible adult present, throughout the entire experience of Santa’s Grotto

6. Santa Visit

To maintain the magical experience and family-friendly environment for all to enjoy, management reserves the right to request patrons leave the premises if their behaviour or language is deemed unsuitable or inappropriate.

In the interest of health and safety and enjoyment for all others concerned, should an attendee of the Santa Grotto refuse to obey the instructions of the supervising elves, the supervisor may request that they exit Santa’s Grotto.

7. No Photography or Recording

Photography, visits recording, or any form of recording devices are strictly prohibited during the Santa Grotto visit outside of the photo opportunity areas, as per Irish privacy and child protection policies.

– Santa Grotto Experience reserves the right to enforce this policy and may ask visitors to leave without a refund if found in violation.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made by contacting Louise on 0867282929 within 48 hours prior to your booked slot.

Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the cancellation policy.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with applicable Irish data protection laws. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Santa Grotto Experience is not responsible for any personal injuries, property damage, or any other accidents that may occur during the visit.

To the extent permitted by Irish law, Santa Grotto Experience’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Santa Grotto Experience may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our platform.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Irish law, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.

By using the Santa Grotto Experience online booking platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team.
